Great stay!

Our family had a great stay at Todd & Bobbi’s home. The home was clean, very conveniently located close to Quincy’s restaurants and historic sites, and being a short T ride or drive into Boston . It was a great home base to visit family in the area and go out for family excursions. We would definitely love to stay there again in the future.

Wonderful weekend stay

We had a very pleasant stay. Todd and Bobbi were very accommodating and quick to respond. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood which was perfect for us. It was also very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Great place just outside of Boston

The house was really clean and quiet. Well appointed and the neighbourhood had any amenities we would need. Beach is just up the road. Short 10 minute drive into downtown Boston, very convenient location. Highly reccomend it.

A great space close to everything

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this 2nd floor space that had everything needed for a 5 day stay. The kitchen was full with dishes, utensils, and cooking gear. Washer and dryer were a plus as well. Our 2 small dogs loved the fenced back yard and the dog park which is a very short walk away. Stores were very close by for any grocery needs. We enjoyed walking to the beach on the Quincy Bay - there are alot of shells there. We also took the train to Fenway, which was really easy. Everything was super clean and very comfortable. Hosts are super helpful and responsive as well!

Clean, Cozy and Comfortable Apartment in Quincy

I stayed here with my husband and toddler for a family wedding and we were very comfortable. The owners left snacks, pelogrino, coffee, creamer and even a pack and play for my toddler. The kitchen is fully stocked and it’s clear that the owners care very much about their guests’ experience. This was the most thoughtful and well appointed rental we’ve ever stayed in.

It was a very clean and delightful place. The kitchen was stocked although we didn’t use it as much as I might have if it was a regular vacation instead of an anniversary trip. I would have liked to have known that it was upstairs but otherwise it was great!

Wonderful time in Quincy

The property was great for our family. The neighborhood was very quiet and well kept. We had 4 adults and managed very well. The enclosed deck was great for breakfast and any other meals we ate at the property. Being 5 minutes from the North Quincy T station was very handy getting into the city. $5 all day parking! We did walk one day and it was not bad at all, but it was nice to have a car at the station after spending the day in the city. It was also easy to get out to Cape Cod and all things East. The hosts were wonderful, very responsive and accomadating to our needs. Thank you!

Birthday celebration

This property was perfect! It had all the amenities of home. Well stocked cabinet of spices, freezer packs, coffee, creamers. They also had a basket of snacks upon arrival. The washer and dryer worked great and if you need to line dry any clothing they had a rack for that as well. We had our 11 year old pup as part of our trip and they had a baby gate that we used for the stairs because he has back issues. Super convenient!! The beds were clean and comfortable. We had plenty of towels for everyone. There were 2 nice TVs. It was in a safe neighborhood and we walked our pup to the local Dunkin and a stroll along the beach. Tony’s Crab was fun to have our 1st night dinner. Highly recommend this place!!

This place was exactly as listed - it's a gorgeous two bedroom unit, the beds are super comfortable, and the host was very communicative and even set up the travel crib for us and got out toys for my friends two year old son. Will definitely stay here again! It was fantastic.

Very cute beach-themed house!

Very impressed with our experience! This was our first-ever stay in a Vrbo-like property and it’s cozier than a hotel by far! We briefly stayed at a big-name hotel before coming to Quincy and to be honest, I’ll likely book with this property again next year for our whole stay. The owners are super nice, accommodating, and even left a super cute welcoming note for us! Everything was clean, cutely arranged and fully stocked. They go above and beyond here! If you’re looking for home away from home, this is THE place to stay.

My cousins and I truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was 3 of us and we were comfortable. It was pristine clean. The towels, bed sheets and pillows, smelled fresh and clean. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen has all its essentials, even some seasoning if you desire to cook. Peaceful neighborhood and thankfully the location did work out for our short trip to Boston. Beach is walking distance. Owners are quick to respond and even left us some snacks and fruits. Thank you Todd & Bobbi

Beautiful quiet getaway

My partner and I had a wonderful time staying here! Todd and Bobbi were very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. Community is quiet but it’s a close enough drive to the city in case you wanted to go out and explore. Local dining was also excellent with lots of beautiful parks and trails nearby. Highly recommend staying here if given the chance!

Amazing Trip to the Boston Area

This was a great trip enhanced by Todd and Bobbi. Their house is a perfect spot just outside of the city, a short drive to downtown. We drove to Cape Cod, up to Salem, and other areas as well. The two bedroom was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of space for our boys (11 & 8). I loved the coffee each morning that was provided in the HUGE kitchen. We will definitely be booking here on our next trip to Boston.

Fabulous Stay

The listing was exactly as they promoted. They thought of everything including snacks and labeled drawers. It was really wonderful and convenient. We walked to the shore as well as to dinner.
