Great location, easy access to the city. Good communication from host. Only MINOR issue - the stairs getting up to the unit are very narrow and steep. So, if you have large heavy luggage, it is a bit difficult. Also, if you have any type of walking issues due to your feet or knees, it is slightly challenging. But overall, we were very happy with the unit and would come back again .

Perfect location and home!

This was the perfect location and home for our family. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We were able to take the train everywhere we wanted to go and could also walk to plenty of great restaurants! The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions. Great Place To Stay

Excellent location with very close, easy access to the Boston subway system. The apartment had comfortable amenities and furnishings. We would definitely book here again. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Easties for a few days in Boston!

Prior reviews said it all, this location was the perfect spot for our needs - frequent travel by rail all throughout Boston. We took a quick Uber to and from the airport with ease and we’re delighted to enjoy the local restaurants and little market from the rental in Eastside Boston by foot. We had a wonderful time and made many many memories- would definitely recommend this rental!

Comfortable and cozy!

Our stay was very nice! The apartment was cozy and comfortable! All necessary amenities plus some nice added extras were provided! Jon and Daise were in touch with us quickly throughout the entire time prior to our stay, during our stay, and after! We would definitely stay here again:)

Perfect location!

This apartment was the perfect location for people who wanted to be close to all the hot spots in Boston and the airport for easy transportation. We used to live in the area and were happy to stay in a place back in our old neighborhood; a lot has changed, but in the best way. The apartment was clean and had plenty of room for five adults.

Grad School Get-Away

The property was in an accessible area right around the corner from one of the Tube stations, which made getting around very easy. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful with the check-in process and any requests our group had. Our group was in Boston for a national medical conference and the home was a great resting point when we weren't exploring the city or at the conference!

Awesome place in a great location

This place was perfect for my parents and aunt and uncle. We had a great time over New Year’s with the T being so close, and we were able to walk to the fireworks on New Year’s Eve at the harbor. The restaurant next-door was incredible. Everything was within walking distance. The owners were great about responding to questions. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again.

Convenient, Quiet and Clean

Nicely updated and very clean home. Homeowners provide many extra amenities and location was perfect for travel on the T. Cool coffee shop right around the corner. We took the train to Boston and used the subway to get around with no problem.Went to Fenway, Harvard and everywhere in between.

Super convenient to downtown Boston

The location was perfect for all we wanted to see. The Metro station was extremely close and then it was just one stop to the Aquarium and one stop the other way to the airport. The owner communicated well and was in touch often to see if we needed anything. He was also helpful with a restaurant recommendation list.

Great location, clean and quiet apartment

We loved staying at this property. Jon was very responsive when I had questions. The apartment is newly renovated and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is perfect- only one block from the MBTA train, and one stop away from Quincy Market/Aquarium and the Airport going the other direction. I’d definitely stay here again if we’re in Boston.

Location, Location, Location!

This property is located just one block from the Maverick blue line. It is exactly as pictured and very clean. We enjoyed the local bakery every morning. Jon was very helpful and allowed us to store our luggage when we arrived before check in. Always answered my calls and texts in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again.

Location Location Location

This was an upcoming neighborhood. Lots of character. Transit close by and fast and easy. Very clean and rooms were big. Full sized kitchen well equipped Make sure you are OK with curving stairs. Very dark and you need to go slow. Lots of restaurants and services just a few steps away. I would go back.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance of the subway and other transportation options. However, upon arrival, the subway line was down due to an electrical issue, so we opted for Uber for the rest of our trip, which ended up working better for our plans. The space was quiet and perfect for relaxation after a long day. The rooms and bathroom were clean, and the full kitchen, stocked with plenty of supplies, was very useful. Communication with the hosts was excellent—they were always helpful and responsive. There are numerous restaurants, bars, and convenience stores within walking distance. We highly recommend La Sultana Bakery for a fantastic café and bakery experience in the morning. Overall, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Great appartment in perfect location

We had an excellent two nights stay. The property is very spacey, clean and we felt directly at home. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning were really great. Some shops and restaurants are around the corner. It is only one station from the airport away, which is perfect after a long flight. Also Boston downtown can be reached in 1-2 metro stops. The waterfront (with a stunning view of Boston skyline) and access to the waterways is also great. Last but not least I need to underline the friendliness and quick responsiveness of the owners. It was a pleasure to stay here and we would do it again when we come back to Boston one day.

East Boston condo

Great location! So close to public transportation. Property very clean. Note: stairs are very steep for any renter with mobility issues. I could not find a blow dryer (usually available in other properties we have rented). Also could use a few more pillows for those of us that like to use 2 pillows to sleep.

Close to Airport

Nice and clean, with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, nice towels. Nice well stocked kitchen with big dining table. Great coffee! Good communication from host. There are narrow spiral stairs from the street entry up to the first floor living area and 1 bedroom, and also to the next floor, where there are 2 bedrooms and the second bathroom. Don’t bring large suitcases. We enjoyed our quick overnight stay near Maverick Station. Super easy airport access!

Adult Boston weekend visit

Great location. Go 2 blocks to the water front harbor walk even if you plan to spend most time on the other side of Boston. Best communication I’ve had from any vbro. Nice place, with good updates. You will have steep, narrow steps between floors. Never heard any outside noise. Felt safe in neighborhood, even at night. Would stay here again. It’s likely less expensive than NorthEnd options and equally convenient with the subway steps away.
