“We had a fantastic time at Gran Hotel Taoro. The staff are incredibly warm and helpful, the room was spacious, clean, and modern, the common areas and pool were excellent, and the grounds are just lovely. It's been recently refurbed - hats off as they've done an excellent job. Breakfast was really good. The two on-site places we ate at served good food but were slightly pricey. Highly recommend!”

“Wir waren jetzt wieder im Juni, genau ein Jahr nach unserem letzten Aufenthalt. Es hat sich an sich nichts geändert. Hauptgründe für die Buchung waren erneut die Lage und dass es ein Erwachsenenhotel ist. In der Kombination hat es ein wirklich gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Leider immer noch ein massives Problem mit Parkplätzen. Diesmal hatten wir ein Zimmer auf der 6. Etage. Die Lage war schön, aber es war trubeliger als letztes Mal auf der 4. Etage. Direkt unter dem Balkon ist das……

“Fantastic stay! The hotel is a stunning old house with loads of character and spotless rooms. The staff is lovely, and the location is as central as it gets. As is common with historic buildings, you can hear a little noise from other rooms, but it didn't take away from the experience. Highly recommend!”

“La comida es horrorosa. Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas que no es nada barato podían gastarse un poquito más en la comunidad porque la comida es horrible. He estado dos días y las dos veces que fui a comer al en la plancha no había nadie de la cocina eh la carne dura la gente que estaba en el comedor un poco desagradable los camales y suelo ir muchas veces pero después de esta vez no vuelvo a ir”

“La habitación con balcón era amplia pero hay que pagar por todo. ¿Quieres aire acondicionado? 6€ al día, ¿Desayuno? 10€ al día, me parece carísimo para tomar un simple café que es lo que suelo desayunar. ¿Caja fuerte? También hay que pagarla aparte, 2€ al día creo. Hay un microondas en el vestíbulo pero las cápsulas de café y los tés también los tienes que pagar aparte. Lo bueno es que la cama era bastante cómoda y cuando vinieron a limpiar la habitación nos cambiaron toallas y sábanas.”

“Tiene muchas cosas buenas, está en el centro del puerto de la Cruz, cerca de todo, habitaciones excelentes,amplias, cogimos una para 3 adultos y tenía 3 camas cómodas y grandes, limpieza un 10, trato amable y muy bueno, precio excepcional. Pero tiene un par de contras, no tiene aparcamiento cerca y el ascensor comienza en la primera planta, no recomendable para personas con problemas de movilidad.”

“El hotel tiene un encanto único por si solo , pero lo que realmente me sorprendió fue su personal , son personas muy amables cualquier pregunta inquietud te ayudan de manera muy profesional ellos me ayudaron con sitios turísticos y la rentada de un carro , ni hablar de los desayunos , no me los quería perder , la piscina en la terraza con vista al mar es un lujo , su restaurante al frente increíble ! Lo recomiendo al 100 %”

“I enjoyed my stay at the hotel . The staff were all friendly and welcoming during my stay . The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels were changed each day . There was a wide choice of options at breakfast and dinner. One evening guests at the option of a sushi station. Good value for money, I was HB so paid for drinks with dinner each evening. They accept cash or card . Or you can upgrade to the drinks package. The entertainment was fair, bingo was a favourite with many guests as well……
