“The property was spotless. The room was a lot smaller than we imagined, but we didn’t spend much time in it anyway. I recommend this place for a quick visit, otherwise you’d feel cramped with two people. The common area didn’t feel inviting, just two desks and a kitchen with no seating area. I would prefer a couch instead or at least some chairs for the kitchen island, so that there is somewhere else to spend some time, because in the bedrooms there’s just a bed and the little kitchen is a step……

“Great location and close enough for UW appointment. Very clean, good communication with management, easy in and out. The Fremont district is eclectic with great shops, restaurants, bars. Parking is on-street, but available and free on some streets after 7p and others 8p. You can make it work!”

“Room was hot because AC unit was not large enough to cool the room. Property uses a non-fixed AC. Asked for support and was told that AC worked because previous guest did not complain. Asked for fans to at least help cool and fans were not delivered next day, only in third day. ”

“Perfect size for visitors coming to sightsee. Has amenities needed. Kitchen, dishwasher, washer dryer etc. Location is walkable from public transport and to tourist sights or taking monorail, light rail, bus or Uber or Lyft etc. Based on rates we saw for other locations, this is worth it. “Location is convenient but too much siren going on all day long . Check in process was a challenge to us . It said C properties on the instruction but unable to locate it in the directory . Better put Common property and we had to wait for the code for a while . The door lock was quite difficult to lock n unlock . Kitchen faucet water temp was too hot . Bathroom needs an anti slip rug or handle to prevent falls especially for seniors n kids . Otherwise our stay was ok . Thanks! Hope you take……
