“Die New Earth Guest Lodge ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um in Francistown zu übernachten. Die Besitzerin, Patricia Quimper ist ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfreich. Eine grosse Shopping Mall, Tankstellen und die Ausfallstrasse Richtung Maun/Nata und Gaborone sind in der Nähe. Die Lodge liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier und hat sichere Parkplätze. Uns hat es ausgezeichnet gefallen, wir würden sofort wieder dort übernachten.”

“The overall experience was pleasant. I was just a little disappointed that the rooms are not modern enough and had no usb charging ports. The electricity sockets are square instead of using the universal round. Also has to choose between having the fridge on or using the electric kettle.”

“Not close to the airport. Some staff were friendly, others not so much but none were rude. The room was cheap and the hotel was clean. Restaurant was convenient and food was decent. Not close to airport which Orbitz said it was. The map orbitz provided did not lead us to the hotel and we had to call them to find it.”

“I stayed three nights and the room was clean and simple. Amazing wifi, but poor tv reception and selection. My room was near the office and spa and there was a lot of foot traffic and noise -- I'd recommend a room on the second floor. They seem to be renovating so there was renovation noise after 9 am too. Pool looked good but was too cold to try it out. Nice breakfast included. I had two strange breakfast related experiences. First, I was told breakfast was served between 7 and 9 am, but then……

“The property was clean, but substandard in most areas. The welcome on arrival was pretty much non existent and we were told our confirmed Expedia booking didnt exist. The room was very small and the shower more so. There was 1 towel for 2 of us, though another was delivered on request. The aircon, which was essential leaked water when switched on. We put down a towel to catch the drips, but by morning the curtains (which incidently couldn't be opened) were drenched as was the towel we placed……
