“本來訂了2晚在網上付了全款，但去到酒店說有一晚沒房，我就搞不懂既然接受了全款而为什麼沒房？有點不能接受！然後就把我們安排到另外一间酒店..所以感覺有點不太好，雖然補尝了早餐給我們..酒店其他都非常好，環境，房間，服務都不錯的...”

“Riad本身就像是一件藝術品，非常漂亮，跟網上見到的照片一樣。熱水充足穩定，整體也十分整潔，睡得十分舒適。我們住的房間對着馬路，所以會有一些交通噪音。 我們享用了Riad的晚餐，這裏的塔吉鍋是我目前為止食過最好味的，用餐的時候有數次停電，很快就恢復了，這應該是舊城區的通病。 服務很好，盡量滿足我們的需求，我們住得很愉快。”

“We stayed here for one night and we really enjoyed our stay. We arrived at the hotel at around 9pm. It was raining heavily outside, so we were quite soaked. The hotel staffs were very warm, friendly and helpful when we arrived, handing us facial tissues to dry ourselves.
