“Aix is a tourist zone/pricey. This was a good value, potentially excellent place made less valuable starting with lack of communication from the host (VRBO, SMS, WhatsApp?) - first communication at 4:05 pm for 4:00 pm check-in, followed by the treasure hunt for the keys, eclipsed by the leftover food in the fridge and the broken drawers on the only dresser, among other minor things. Communication to the host was responded back to us with "???"
