De woning is op zich wel aangenaam. Gelegen op een Top locatie! Omringd door mooi natuur. Een grote troef is het terras. Maar wat de hygiene betreft is het zeer slecht. De keuken is zeer vuil. Koelkast en andere apparatuur zeker aan vervanging toe! De badkamers zijn niet aangenaam om in de douchen. Huis is serieus gedateerd. Voor de prijs mag kwaliteit veel beter zijn.

Wir konnten das Haus 2 Stunden früher betreten. Es soll sauber gewesen sein. Aber die Sauberkeit in Belgien kann anders sein, als wir es gewohnt sind. Tomatensuppe spritzt auf Küchenschränke, Haare, alles sehr klebrig und jede Menge Spinnen und Netze. Kontaktierte den Eigentümer, der meinte, das liege daran, dass man früher einsteigen könne und die Putzfrau sich daher beeilen müsse. Wir denken, das ist ein echter Flop ... es waren Monate voller Dreck. Darüber hinaus sind viele klapprig oder kaputt. Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Staubsauger, Dusche.... Viel Geld für dieses Haus. Das einzig wirklich Schöne war die Aussicht.

Schönes Haus aber sehr alter und schlechter Zustand

Der Aufenthalt im Haus war gut aber mit einigen sehr unangenehmen Überraschungen. Bouillon ist ein sehr netter kleiner Ort in Belgien. Man hat alles in der Nähe was man braucht für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Leider war der Zustand des Hauses sehr schlecht. Ja es ist ein altes Haus, aber so muss es nicht sein. Kaputte Einrichtung (Bad, Küche, Schlafzimmer, Spielzimmer) Schimmel in einem Schlafzimmer, daher überhaupt nicht nutzbar. Wir haben den Raum einfach gemieden und sind auf die anderen Schlafzimmer ausgewichen, dadurch mussten die Kinder aber mit in unserem Zimmer schlafen, was nicht geplant war. Ansonsten hat man viel Platz im Haus und konnte sich auf dem Balkon sehr gut entspannen. Wenn die Mängel nicht wären, würde ich jederzeit wieder hin, aber so leider nicht und daher als Gesamtwertung leider nur 2 Sterne. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten, konnten wir alles relevante mit den Vermietern klären und danke für die Verständnis und die Probleme.

Het huis is ideaal gelegen, met prachtig uitzicht op Bouillon, de burcht en de Semois. De inrichting van de woning is echter niet in verhouding met de intrinsieke klasse van deze woning, waarbij authentiek elementen zoals marmeren inkomhall en trap , visgraad parket, afgewisseld worden met goedkope laminaat en IKEA kastjes. De inrichting van keuken en badkamer is ondermaats en dringend aan vernieuwing toe. Als men de extra kosten (opkuis, taxen, nutsvoorzieningen) mee in oogschouw neemt dan is de verhouding prijs-kwaliteit niet goed.
