「We booked this escape to get away from the celebratory fireworks associated with the Broncos victory. I have an elderly dog that can't take loud noises. This place was the perfect (quiet) getaway with views for days. The soaking tub and access to hikes in NOBO and the Boulder foothills were my favorite parts of our staycation getaway. The hosts were very communicative and easy to get a hold of. 」

「Great neighborhood location. Clean, comfortable, nicely renovated buildings. Ours had four apartments - 2 upper and 2 lower. Easy walking distance (2-8 Blocks) to bars and restaurants, shopping, and Old Town area of Fort Collins. Lincoln Center performing arts theater is 2 blocks away. Proximity to bustling city means there is some road noise if the apartment fronts the street. (Ear plugs eliminated the noise for our second floor street-side apartment.) Highly recommended.」
