This 1-bedroom studio on your own private level is perfect for your escape to Boulder. Inside, guests find a peaceful space featuring a queen bed in the bedroom and a king bed in the living room area. The bathroom offers a nice bathtub and steam shower for added comfort. Private entrance, living room, wood burning fireplace, and more. Whether you’re relaxing after a day of exploring or settling in for a quiet night, this studio provides the perfect retreat. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. We live upstairs with our dog.

We booked this escape to get away from the celebratory fireworks associated with the Broncos victory. I have an elderly dog that can't take loud noises. This place was the perfect (quiet) getaway with views for days. The soaking tub and access to hikes in NOBO and the Boulder foothills were my favorite parts of our staycation getaway. The hosts were very communicative and easy to get a hold of.

This place was absolutely beautiful!! It was pet friendly, which we really appreciated, and the check-in and check-out process was straightforward and hassle free. The hosts were incredibly nice and easy to communicate with. Absolutely loved the renovated bathroom. The views were truly incredible and made our stay even more special. The location felt very private and peaceful. We would definitely book again and highly recommend this property to anyone considering it.
