The casino in the Encore wasn’t as lively as expected. The Wynn casino was much more lively. Did not get a chance to visit the pool. Had to ask for slippers in the room. Would be nice to include them on arrival. Would also be nice to have a coffee machine in the room.

R. Morris was very nice and always made sire the room was clean and well stock. The food service provider very nice but failed to come back and get the food and trays.
