"This was an excellent property if price & convenient location is your first priority. New appliances, comfortable beds, cleanliness & communication are all A. However the kitchen is more functional than luxury & decoration & maintenance is again more functional than high end. If you like to sit outside on the balcony, be aware that there are frequent power tools used on a balcony/porch nearby. Definitely no regrets, but not a luxury accommodation."

"Perfect base camp for exploring the Boulder area. Quiet, just the right size, gracious hosts, and the waterfall shower is perfect after a day hiking or riding in the area. Downtown Louisville is a short walk and has some amazing restaurants including some of the best pizza around. Highly recommend."
