“It's not always that an experience lives up to your hype and expectations, but this place absolutely does! The cabin is well-equipped and cozy, just like you'd want in the middle of the woods. “Loved the 3 bedrooms all with King beds. Limited social space, we would go all day and when we wanted time together in the evening really only 2 places to sit comfortably. Also loved that we could take our spoiled 10lb dog with us but she could not go in the yard due to all the stickers/goat heads in the yard. ”

“The bed was super comfortable and the space was really clean! The pictures make it seem like you also have the backyard with the tiny house but it's actually a part of the other rental on the property. The host did not let us know the main house was also being rented out by someone with dogs, we were traveling with our dog as well so we could've prepared a bit more for that interaction.”

“The exterior looks a little rough, but step inside to 1952. We were happy we rented the Retro House for several reasons. It was clean and cozy, had neat decor, and had all the essentials anyone would need to be comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect if you want to be close to everything - historic downtown, restaurants, walking trail, tubing, Coors and other breweries, park. What else do you want? “This house is a perfect 10. A group of friends (5 couples) came to Boulder for a football game and had a blast. The house is super spacious and has a wonderful layout for a large group. The kitchen is stocked better than our home kitchens. Amazing outdoor space too with a garden. We used some basil for a caprese salad. Jeff was very communicative and responsive. We all would highly recommend this house.”

This lovely home provided exactly the space and comfort that we were looking for to celebrate her life and create another memory of her. We will never forget our time together here. We are so grateful for the ease the owners provide and this clean and well-stocked home.”
