The staff had great customer service. -Hot tub is for the one Executive Suite which booked before I had a chance to get it, but was unclear about the hot tub being for exclusive use only. The sauna is available for guests though. The lady in the office was very kind and went above and beyond for breakfast and with service. Will book again! Thank you for the hospitality! 」

「I just stayed at A-Lodge Boulder for the first time and it was wonderful! I lived in Boulder for 25 years and moved to CoSprings 5 years ago. We've been looking for a place to have family time when we visit our kids in Boulder. The A-Logde was perfect! We rented the 3 bedroom cabin and had our kids come for dinner, game night and sauna time. Great location. Will come again soon!」

「Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these...
