In the heart of Longmont and walking distance to all services. 15 minutes to Boulder & the Rocky Mountain Foothills or 30 minutes to Denver. 30 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park. 40 minutes to Denver International Airport.

This is a lower level apartment with a PRIVATE entrance & key. 2 Full bedrooms with 1 FULL bathroom. There is also a Full Eat-in Kitchen plus Dinette & Living Room with a Large TV with Cable. Wireless internet provided. Lots of off-street parking.

There is a QUEEN bed in one room and 2 TWINS in the other.

I will provide start-up staples; toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, trash bag, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner, etc. For convenience, there is a Walgreens two blocks away and a King Sooper's grocery store close by.

No pets or smoking of any kind allowed.

Our property in Longmont was perfect for our needs. It is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is only a few blocks from main street and all the shops, restaurants etc. Longmont has to offer. The property was clean, cozy and quiet during our stay. It was furnished with everything we needed. All appliances and electronics were in perfect working order. Darine (D), our host, was extremely attentive to our needs. We had some mechanical issues with the rental car at the onset of our stay, and Darine actually offered (and provided) a ride a couple times while we sorted out the car trouble. D was friendly, hospitable and responsive to all communication prior to and during our stay. We'd highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Longmont!

Please be aware we are only renting for the summer months. This property is occupied in the winter. Thanks!!!

Quiet stay in a great location.

Our hostess “D” was so helpful and accommodating. I’d recommend her place for anyone looking for peace and quiet. It’s also very close to downtown Longmont which has no shortage of cool bars and restaurants.

Great stay in Longmont

Exceeded expectations - very nice accommodations- updated and very comfortable- communication was great - we stayed at John and Darine for 8 nights in early July for the Colorado sparkler softball tournament - great location for games in Longmont Erie Loveland and Westminster- easy drive over to Rocky Mtn National park - food in Longmont downtown was great - will stay here next year if our team comes back

We had a lovely visit to Longmont and enjoyed our stay in this perfect setting. It is close to Main Street for eating and shopping. D was especially helpful and quick to respond to every question or request. We recommend it highly!

Nice quiet place, central location

Was traveling with cousins for a family gathering and seemed better than a hotel. Very glad we decided to stay here. Very quiet, clean, and nicely finished basement. The host was very friendly and checked in periodically to ensure our stay was pleasant.

Wedding stay

Came from the Midwest to attend a family wedding in Boulder and was a great location. Accommodations were clean and worked well for 3 adults who stayed. Host was welcoming and even reached out to inform us of fun things to do around the Longmont area. Great experience and would recommend.

Beautiful property!

This property is amazing! The pictures are completely accurate to how nice it is. Host is helpful and accommodating. Walking distance to downtown and many restaurants. We drove to Estes Park for a day, and Boulder a couple times. Thank you so much for a wonderful week!

Lovely Apartment

Very spacious and well stocked apartment in a cute neighborhood! My husband, sister and I stayed for a weekend attending a wedding and we all loved the location and the amazing amount of space. There's a church playground right across the driveway if you have little ones and several good restaurants within walking distance - we particularly liked The Roost. Darine checked on us throughout the weekend and was very responsive throughout our stay. Definitely will return if we're in Longmont again!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

Dorine was home when we arrived, so we had a chance to meet. She was very attentive and checked in by text to be sure all was okay. This is a basement apartment, so there are stairs, but they posed no problem for us. The property is located close to downtown Longmont and convenient to Boulder. We were there for Family Weekend.

The apt is great. Lots of nice touches, very clean, close to Main St. Kitchen and bathroom were stocked with anything we could need. Minor complaint: the nipple picture on the living room wall. Big complaint: inability to control AC (have to text the owner who disagreed w me about how cold I should be).

The property is in a nice residential neighborhood, but not 15 minutes to Boulder, as represented in the details section of the description. And why we booked this specific property. (To attend family weekend at the University of Colorado Boulder, but additionally we wanted a place within a 15 minute drive because we were traveling with one of our that has a medical condition that makes traveling longer distances much more challenging. The drive was 30 min.plus.Ao in the description of the property, it said the renter has the "whole house," but in reality, it is a basement unit and the "whole house" is above. Also, the unit felt a bit stuffy upon arrival, but because there were no screens on any of the windows, and the windows were pretty close ground level, we did not want to open them. Lastly, in the details of the rental, it says it is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Based on the town of Longmont's information page on their website, the beginning of downtown closest to their rental is Long Peak Avenue, which is, realistically, a 15 to 20 minute walk for the average person. Which is still reasonably close, but not in the "heart of Longmont" commercial district where most of the restaurants and shops are located. As a whole, the property is great, but it's just that the some of the selling features of the pproperty were srepresented. And unfortunately, for our situation, these misrepresented features we're at the main reasons why we picked this place.

This was such a wonderful place to stay. It was spacious and comfortable, it stayed nice and cool, even when it was nearly 100 degrees outside. D was a wonderful host and made sure my husband and I were well taken care of. I have friends that live out here, and I'll be back to Longmont often, this will always be my first choice whenever we're out here.

If we could give it more than a 5 we would. John and Darine's apartment is sparkling clean, super large, with room for all your things and more. It was very comfortable. There is everything you might need or want but not things you don’t need that only take up space. WiFi is strong, smart tv has apps already installed so you don’t need your own and communication with Darine is very fast and easy. The location is excellent whether you’re going to Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins or west to the mountains. It’s easy and convenient to all of them as well as downtown Longmont. We would highly recommend Darine’s place and would look to stay again next time we’re in town.
