Great location, great amenities (kayaks, canoes, bikes, boat house, washer dryer, gorgeous deck). Quiet lake!The only negative feedback would be a bit of a musty smell in the lower level (that went away when the windows were opened). Overall, we had a great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Boulder Lakehouse. The propery and home are beautiful. We had 6 adults staying for a week and there was plenty of roon for all of us. The beds were comfortable too. We enjoyed using the canoes & kayaks and bicycles during our stay. The kitchen was wonderful. We cooked most of our meals there and had all the equipment needed and used the coffee maker daily. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the water and saw a few bald eagles and lots of turkeys and deer during our stay. The cabin feels remote, but is close to boulder junction and only about 20-25 minutes to Minocqua. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great layout for fitting a family in, entertaining, and having quiet space to take a nap. Sitting on the deck in the shade overlooking the lake listening to loons and eagles was absolutely perfect. Coffeemaker is a disaster. That thing would make a better boat anchor. Other , it was a greatplace.than that, it was

It was ok. Dock had issues that need to be fixed. Sliding door upstairs did not lock. I called on these items.Upstairs of house was nice but you could tell lower level was probably a basement that had a cheaper remodel. There was an open hole in ceiling in one bedroom and holes in wall in other. Lots of steps from house to dock and more steps inside house. It is not somewhere we would stay again.
