「The guy at the desk was rude and arrogant, but the place was great, clean, and inexpensive. The staff was fine. There are a lot of very disgusting Wyndham hotels around there and I moved here from there because they were so disgusting, dirty, ill run.」

「It was very good the only problem was one of the front desk service desk person he was very rude to the customers and when we asked for clean towels we were told we had to get them from house keeping but we never seen house keeping so we had to wash our own towels」

「Staff members, especially the front desk, were so friendly, professional, and helpful. I appreciate everything they did for us during our stay. The breakfast was very good also. Quick walking distance from the Great Lakes Crossings mall. Would definitely stay here again! 」

「Close to different things 」

「This was a really nice hotel and the breakfast offered was good for a $15 add on (you pay once and can eat breakfast every day). The kitchen and housekeeping team were friendly and professional. Our room was clean and the hotel was very quiet. There was a very loud wedding party happening at the bar downstairs and we couldn’t hear a peep in our room. The hotel has a good amount of parking and there are some food options and a gas station right across the street. I would definitely stay here...
