"Breakfast was cold . Room was dirty. Shade was broken and would not go up, so we were in the dark during our stay. Bathroom was dirty, tile, shower. Room had an odor. Beds were extremely hard and the sheet on the mattress of the pull out couch was stained yellow. Staff did not replace, but gave me the sheet to change it. No way! "

"Don’t use Expedia, they are scammers, the wrong day switched as I was booking, I called them a minute later to switch the date, “not even cancel” just switch it to the correct date, they refused, and the service rep who could hardly speak English became sarcastic. "

"Its an extended stay so people around look homely. You can smell marijuana in certain parts of the hallway. Couches were rupped and stained and need to be replaced. Had to call down for remotes for the bedrooms(2 bedroom suite) Staff was nice, room was clean and size of rooms were decent. Was on top floor so didmt have to worry about noise on top of us although the doors slam really hard so you can hear that. Full kitchen was clutch. "
