“Cute lil place to lay your head. Clean and quaint. The bathroom they described as needing renovation/dated but it was clean and actually very cute & on trend right now. The communication w the host was prompt and easy. Not far at all to downtown or university area- was able to be in both in a matter of minutes . Its location is also close to the belt hwy so if you wanted to go to park city it’s only about 15min away. They do ask that you take your shoes off when entering but my only suggestion……

“The house felt safe and secure. Garage parking was great Kitchen is well stocked Beds very comfortable Everything was clean, if a little run down / well used. Shower in the main suite is not good, but the other shower is ok. The showers are ensuite in the two upstairs bedrooms - whomever is staying in the downstairs bedroom will have to go into someone else's room to use the shower.”

“The rental was cute and had plenty of space for us. The bathroom could really use updating, I think the age is what made it seem not as clean. Could also use an update of the beds. It seemed a bit steep for a one night stay, but also was the only thing available, so I’m sure that played into it. Overall, the directions were good, it suited our needs, and we didn’t have any issues. I was upset to be accused of taking the very cheap towels, but the owner rescinded the accusation soon after. Still,……

“The space is clean, new, and close to everything. This would work well for someone who didn't have a car as there is a lot within walking distance. It is a 3 level condo with the garage on ground level, living room and kitchen on the second level and bedroom and bathroom on the 3rd floor. There is a spacious. The host requires that you purchase damage insurance during the final payment stage so the actual price is 40ish more a night than the listing so thats worth factoring in.”

“We really appreciated the small things that made travelling with a four year old easier, the play kitchen, books, and even a step stool. The only thing that wasn't super comfortable was the heat, we turned it up but the house doesn't retain heat very well. I'm sure it would be much more comfortable when it's not below freezing and next time we'll try turning the heat up further. Also the house could use a kettle, but the induction stove made boiling water extremely fast.”

“What a cozy and wonderful little stay. This getaway has everything you need in what looks small but feels big in coziness and comfort. Alexis and Lindsay were very communicative and the process was simple and easy. The outdoor space and hot tub were relaxing & provided the perfect little cherry top to a weekend adventure. Can’t wait to come back.”
