「带妈妈美西自由行，酒店有明显的歧视中国人，办理入住，询问WiFi密码，服务员很不耐烦，房价过高，房间里面设施也很一般。很糟糕的一次入住经历。就是酒店位置还可以。」

「Thank you so much! I had a blast! 」

「Very accommodating and communicative, allowed an early check in and late check out, gave us extra time at the pool, thank you!」

「Westgate is so great, we can’t wait to go back. They have everything right there... skiing; dining; swimming; yoga; spa; etc. my only caution would be to avoid rooms 1500-1503, as they are directly under the Edge restaurant and you can hear the diners moving their noisy chairs all night- not good for early-to-bed children or adults trying to rest for a long day of skiing the next morning.」

「We had a great trip. The property was as expected. The issues were with the booking process... it took a week for the property manager to complete and send a booking confirmation. Then upon check-in the property (timeshare/ hotel) couldn't find our reservation using any of the confirmation numbers given. They did say that they have had issues in the past with it. Otherwise the rest of the trip went smoothly.」
