Travels Beware

Unfortunately, we were not able to stay at this location. Prior to arrival, we were informed that we would be charged an additional 10 euros per person for towels to rent, even though they were listed as included in the amenities. After questioning this, we were told it was because we weren’t staying a minimum of 5 nights. This was also not included in the listing description. Due to the deception, we no longer felt safe staying at this location with our young children. We didn’t want to get trapped in a situation where we would be charged surprise amounts for unexpected items throughout our stay. The unexpected charges for towels came after the owner asked us to confirm how many children we were traveling with. Our children were all properly listed when I made the booking, including their ages. I can only presume the owners did not want children staying or they did not want Americans. I contacted VRBO who attempted to get our money back, but the owners refused. Since they kept our money for the booking, I am now able to leave a review to warn others.

superbe séjour au milieu des vignes

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour ! le gite est situé au milieu des vignes sur une grande propriété bordée de cyprés et d'olivier . Le gite est très joli , au calme, les chambres spacieuses et disposent chacune d'une salle de bain .Très pratique pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille! La véranda permet de se sentir toujours à l’extérieur et le coin piscine (chauffée !) est très bien aménagée à l'abri du vent. Merci à Cécile et Frédéric pour leur accueil ! Nous avons même pu effectuer une dégustation des vins du domaine. Tout est réuni pour un excellent séjour ,je recommande fortement !

Amazing stay in a beautiful place

We were very well received by Cecile and Frederic. We had three generations of our family for a vacation. Most have never been in France before. The cottage is a beautiful, peaceful place with lots of room for the family. The pool area is separate and private. Our table tennis competition was fierce. We can’t say enough about how wonderful this property- and the owners - are. Highly recommended!

Sehr nette Gastfamilie

Wir bewerten unseren Aufenthalt mit 5 Sternen. Die Gastfamilie ist sehr nett,,unkompliziert, Probleme wurden möglich sofort beseitigt. Tolle Zimmer, alles top sauber und ein super Pool. Kleinere Einschränkungen gibt es allerdings. Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen, die Küche ist sehr klein und das Wifi funktionierte nicht stabil. Trotzdem vergeben wir 5 Sterne. In Summe war das ein schöner Urlaub.

Un merveilleux séjour au calme

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances avec nos 3 ados. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette propriété très calme, au milieu d’un vignoble , endroit idéal pour se reposer et se détendre. Un super accueil par les propriétaires, très sympas, disponibles et à l’écoute. Nous avons bien profité de la très agréable piscine. Le gîte est tout équipé : 3 grandes chambres climatisées avec sdb privative pour chacune. Une petite cuisine avec tous les appareils nécessaires et une grande véranda pour les repas. Nous séjournerons certainement de nouveau dans cet endroit.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Cécile et Frédéric. La maison est très confortable, les chambres sont grandes et ont chacune une petite terrasse et une sale de bain. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables et très bien entretenus. La maison se trouve dans un domaine viticole ce qui lui donne beaucoup de charme. Tout est bien pensé. Nous vous remercions

A peaceful stay in paradise!

We had a wonderful family holiday staying at Cecile’s place. Having the pool with a shaded area is great and we spent 90% of our time here. The terrace is also a great place for family meals. It is great that everyone has their own bedroom/bathroom as there is no communal living area inside - everyone had some space to relax. The only thing I would recommend is clearly stating that this property is a wing of the whole house as the pictures and description mislead us to think we had the whole house and maybe some pictures were missing - example there is no picture of the small but completely adequate kitchen which if there was a picture of online, you would realise that this is a annex of the house. It was a pleasure to be your neighbours and you have us total peace and quiet and thank you for the rose :) thank you for having us!

Paradise in the South of France

We had a wonderful time! You can’t ask for a better location. Cecile & Frederique’s beautiful house is in the middle of a vineyard, growing their own wine, and surrounded by sunflowers. The VRBO is a portion of their beautiful home, and the suite is sparkling and new. Each bedroom is spacious. Note the common area/ dining room is a beautiful large marble table which is outdoors. It was very hot when we were there, and still lovely to be outside overlooking the vineyard! The pool is lovely and clean. I hope we get to return. : )

Bourdic stay

Wonderful location! Great hosts! Fabulous swimming pool. Beds very comfortable. The only thing we missed was the inside living room to hide from the mid-day heat and mosquitoes in the evening. Otherwise, it was a perfect place to stay for a week.
