“This little pretty place is very quiet and comfortable and has an access to a small private beach. The owner of the property was very friendly and accommodating.
However, Vacasa created issues with the access and locking of the entrance door. I spent half a day not being able to leave the place and even get food and had to call them multiple times, wait and so on. Vacasa was not responsive and not knowledgeable and gave me the wrong instructions. They did not even notify owners of a partial……

“Love the pools and how close it is to everything , it’s literally in the center of the cape so even a ride to Provincetown is only a little over a hour, the room was big with two bathrooms, air conditioning worked great nice little barbecue area with basketball court and playground and the front desk had no problem helping with anything we will continue to make this a every summer destination for years to come ”

“Had a wonderful stay! Very clean, beautifully decorated, with attention to detail. Location was excellent, especially for walks along the dock, with many restaurants in close walking distance. Only critique, was the thin floor/ceiling, could hear down stairs neighbors walking on the hard wood floors and their television while in the bedroom. I put on the fan to create white noise to help minimize the noise. Outside of this, it was a perfect stay.”

“My husband and I had a wonderful stay during the July 4th week. We stayed in a one bedroom on the second floor. The one bedroom’s have a living room / kitchen area separated from the bedroom. The kitchen area includes a large dining table, an apartment size refrigerator/freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker, and all the kitchen plates, bowls, utensils. The one bedroom’s also included two full bathrooms. And a balcony off the family room and one off of the bedroom.

“My family has vacationed in Maushop Village at least a dozen summers -- each year we stay in a different home. This unit served it's purpose: a place in this desirable neighborhood. However, the kitchen was not workable for someone who likes to cook on vacation. It was clear people didn't do that often, as the dishes seemed sticky/tacky in the cupboards. “We had a phenomenal stay at this property. It was a group of friends coming together to watch a play at the Cape Playhouse.
