Charming stone house for 4 people with private garden and access to the owners' secure swimming pool in a beautiful agricultural estate, crossed by the Dronne.
The places breathe serenity and the sweetness of life.
You can enjoy wonderful walks along the banks of the river, picnic near the old weeping willow or rest in the shade of the lime trees. Unless you prefer to spend long hours fishing.
Canoes and kayaks at your disposal will be another way to discover the river!
To take advantage of the magnificent surroundings, 4 all-terrain bikes (3L and 1M) are also available.

In the 130 m2 house you will find:
- Upstairs a large bedroom with a 180/200 bed, and a second bedroom with 2 90/200 beds that can be joined to make 1 large bed, a bathroom with bath and wc.
- On the ground floor, the kitchen, equipped with a table for 4 people, extends to a very practical back kitchen with a washing machine.
Entrance and wc.
For the most connected, the accommodation is of course equipped with WIFI as well as a very practical Bluetooth speaker to liven up your evenings.
The living room, equipped with a large sofa, a table for 6 people, overlooks the terrace lined with flowers with a lovely view of the river and the estate.
The awning where it is good to relax, the barbecue and the brazier will allow you to make the most of the outdoors.
Donkeys will become your friends as long as you give them a few nice scratches.

Located 3 km from Aubeterre sur Dronne, one of the most beautiful villages in France, and labeled small town of character with its impressive monolithic church, you will appreciate its pedestrian streets, its market square with its restaurants and terraces.
Less than 60 km away, you can discover St Emilion, Brantôme, Bourdeille, Périgueux and Angoulême with its ramparts circuit and its comic strip festival.

Lovely property set amongst rolling farmland. Well maintained, clean, tidy and the owner was on hand for all questions.The property has its own 10m pool and rivers are close by for swimming and canoeing.Aubeterre sur Drone a beautiful market town is just a 20 minute walk away or 5 min drive. There you have your pick of restaurants and bars all set in the bustling market place.

This was one of the best holidays we have had as a family. The house was amazing. Dominique had everything in the house you could need as a family. The location was amazing,lots of activities on site to entertain a family , walking the grounds along the river or into near by towns. There was also kayaking and cycling available. There is plenty of options to eat outside including a covered area if was too hot. The views from the outside eating area were stunning and so relaxing. Pool was great , our girls loved it. The pictures do not do this property justice, it was fantastic. Dominique was very warm and friendly and made us feel so welcome. Bedrooms really spacious . We hope to return. Thank you Dominique.

Wonderful place

We loved our stay at Dominique’s . The cottage is great, homely and spacious. The farm is beautiful! We loved swimming in the river and using the bikes provided to cycle into town. The nearby town is stunning.Dominique was a fantastic host, so welcoming and very helpful with knowledge of the area. She also gave us a spare buggy and fresh vegetables from her garden. Thank you so much for a very special holiday. Would highly recommend.

A little piece of heaven

We had an amazing week at Nadelin. Amazing little house in a truly beautiful location. We visited with our son and girlfriend, both 17. Such a peaceful setting, but walking distance to Aubeterre and Bonnes. Our host Dominique was wonderful, and it was lovely to meet her family and share a glass of wine at the pool. I wish we had 2 weeks instead one!!! So much more to see and do, both at the farm and in Aubeterre. Would come back in a heartbeat

Perfect!

We had a wonderful week at this most beautiful place despite the weather not being kind to us - a cold wind and rain - but Dominique ensured we had enough wood for the fire and everything we needed. She had thought of everything and left us a beautiful welcome pack. he farm is a haven with the river running along the front and open views across the fields and magnificent horse chestnut trees in flower during our stay. The house has everything you might need and a huge comfortable bed in the larger bedroom. The outside area is so lovely, with two sitting areas, parasol and, again, Dominique has thought of everything. She's a great host and took the time to ensure we were happy. I would highly recommend this property. Thanks so much, Dominique. A bientot.

Amazing host fantastic atay

We had a fantastic time. Dominique welcomed us, explained everything. The area is beautiful, we made use of the canoes and bikes (though hilly we made it). The rooms very big and the kitchen and ulilty well equipt for cooking, washing and cool bags for adventures. The outside area fantastic and where we spent most of our time.

An unforgettable holiday

It is one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed, and Dominique was a completely exceptional host. The house is much larger than it looks on the photos, beautifully decorated, comfortable, welcoming - a true home from home and the best place I can imagine for our first proper holiday with our six month old. Dominique couldn't have done anything more to make it just such a special few weeks. She even brought over vegetables from her garden and toys for the kids! Seriously, drop everything and go and stay. The pool is gorgeous and kitchen one of the best equipped I've ever stayed in. Also vv comfortable beds and a beautiful river to swim in!

Joli maison de campagne

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison de campagne. La terrasse est très agréable (partie couverte idéale pour forte chaleur ou cas de pluie). La literie est très bien aussi. Le domaine est immense avec un accès à la piscine (qui est gigantesque) en toute simplicité. Nous avons pu facilement faire du canoë et du vélo car ils sont disponible sur le site pour les vacanciers. Enfin la cerise sur le gâteau, Dominique nous a accueilli remarquablement bien avec la visite de la maison et de ses alentours, un grand merci pour votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité. Sylvain

A truly wonderful experience

What a truly wonderful experience we had at Nadelin. The property is absolutely beautiful, spacious and immaculately clean throughout. A good supply of linens and towels and everything you could possibly need and more in the kitchen. Both bedrooms are spacious with plenty of space for your clothes etc. the lounge is also a great space, comfortable and nicely furnished. There’s a fabulous utility room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron, and other items you might need whilst away . The outside space is stunning and serenity at its absolute finest. There are two seating areas and we made use of both of them every day as we had fabulous weather. Even if you were to encounter some rain or needed shade, the wooden canopy seating area is a delight. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, we wandered to the river and paddled in the cool shallow waters and admired the plants and wildlife. The nearby village of Aubeterre Sur Drone is just a few minutes by car with ample free parking, a beautiful square with a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Dominique, your host is a lovely, friendly lady who keeps this property in top condition and has great attention to detail to make your stay memorable. She was there to welcome us and whilst she lives in the main house near the holiday cottage she wasn’t intrusive but available if we needed her. She came to wave us goodbye at the end of the week and I have to be honest I felt quite emotional. We will definitely return one day, this place is truly magical.

Traumhafter Urlaub an der Dronne

Dieses Haus ist perfekt für alle, die Ruhe und Erholung in der Natur suchen. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet und liegt direkt an der Dronne. Man kann zu Fuß nach Aubeterre laufen, wo es Geschäfte, Restaurants und einen netten Marktplatz gibt. Die Gastgeberin Dominique ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Belle maison à la ferme et super cadre pour un séjour en famille

Nous avons passé 4 jours de vacances avec nos filles de 3 et 5 ans. Très bon accueil et maison propre, bien décorée et super bien équipée. Très bonne literie, la chambre parentale est très spacieuse. Des bonnes soirées au tour de la cheminée. Des super balades en vélo à faire loin de la ville pour visiter le long de la Dronne et les villages voisins. (Aubeterre avec son église monolithe). Nos espérons revenir en été pour profiter de la piscine!

Maison calme et confortable

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Nadelin. La maison est parfaitement équipée, confortable et charmante. Rien ne manque pour passer d'excellentes vacances ! L'accueil de Dominique est parfait : présente sans s'imposer. Le domaine est plein de charmes, nous avons profité de la piscine et des balades le long de la Drôme. Vélos et canoës sont à disposition. Les ânes sur place ont également été très appréciés par notre fille ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Tranquillité, reposant, paysages

Le gîte est spacieux, décoré avec goût. Équipements : Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. L'extérieur est splendide, une terrasse couverte et une terrasse découverte sont à votre disposition, spacieuses toutes les deux. Le cadre extérieur est magnifique, soles pleureurs, rivière, un chemin à emprunter derrière le gîte vous mènera sur un joli point de vue en quelques minutes ! La grande piscine est très appréciable. Des visites à faire aux alentours nous ont mené sur des endroits magnifiques, à commencer par le village d'Aubeterre sur Dronne et son église monolythe ! Accueil chaleureux par Jocelyne, Dominique toujours disponible si besoin. Je conseille cet endroit merveilleux qui nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour ! Nous y reviendrons c'est certain !

Vakantiehuis in Nadelin

Het huis is ruim, mooi ingericht en van alle comfort voorzien. We hebben met name genoten van het mooie terras en het heerlijke zwembad. Rustig gelegen, naast prachtige zonnebloemvelden en een rivier om in te zwemmen en kajak te varen. Kajaks en fietsen zijn ter beschikking. In de buurt liggen mooie dorpen. Ideale rustplek.
