Arrival and access ok. Bedrooms ok. Lack of basic equipment in the kitchen and the dishwasher doesn't work. I reported the problem but nothing was done to fix it. There is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.Late sleepers should know they will be woken up every morning at 7 by a loud noise outside.

Grundsätzlich ist die Unterkunft in Ordnung. Gut ausgestattet und viel Platz. Der Kontakt mit der Vermietungsagentur war gut.In Details muss aber mehr auf den Zustand geachtet werden. Z. B. waren Tür- und Fenstergriffe lose. Ungünstig, wenn man dann die Tür von innen nicht mehr öffnen kann... Wir haben auch eine Woche gebraucht, um durch Lüften den starken Kellergeruch aus dem Haus zu bekommen. Leider ist der Kellerzugang offen. Wegen des defekten Geschirrspülers hatte ich zwar netten Kontakt mit der Vermietungsagentur, passiert ist aber in unserer Urlaubswoche außer einer Problembesichtigung nichts. Zudem fehlte der Stöpsel für das Spülbecken, was das Abwaschen per Hand schwierig gemacht hat.Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Schön mittig, um das gesamte Soca-Tal zu erkunden.

Schönes Häuschen in toller Lage

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Alles lief problemlos. Die Lage ist super für viele Ausflüge. Man muss allerdings wissen, dass eine Kirche direkt davor steht und morgens manchmal ab 7.00h läutet:-).

Sauberkeit und Gesamtzustand

Das Haus bräuchte dringend eine Grundreinigung, insbesondere die Küche und die Küchengeräte. Die Küchenausstattung müsste erneuert und in Teilen aufgestockt werden - 2 mittlere und 3 kleine Trinkgläser sind einfach zu wenig. Das untere Bad hat definitiv ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem.

Tolles Haus in ruhigem Dorf an der Soča

Wir waren begeistert von diesem Ferienhaus, es war sauber, geräumig für 5 Personen, und alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Lage ist großartig, direkt gegenüber eine schöne Kirche, nebenan ein Sportplatz mit kleinen Toren und sehr guten Basketballkörben, und nach den Ausflügen zurück ins kleine verschlafene Srepenica zu kommen war herrlich. Zum Soča-Fluss sind es zu Fuß nur etwa 15 min, dort ist unter einer aufregenden Hängebrücke ("most Lipuc") ein schöner Badeplatz. Die Gegend ist großartig für Ausflüge, Rafting bei SočaSplash war genial!

The cottage was in a great location and was well equipped . The neighbours were very nice and the arrangements to get into the cottage were very clear . I would have no problems recommending this holiday accomodation .

Great location

I would agree with the other reviews. This place was comfortable, well stocked and each bedroom was very roomy. The village is very quiet with nice access to the river. The location was perfect right in between Bovec and Kobarid so made a great home base for activities in both cities.

Das Haus hat eine gute Aufteilung. Es war von allem reichlich vorhanden (Geschirr, Besteck, ausreichend große Töpfe etc), um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Charming House, Fantastic Location

Situated in a calm village, just down the road from Bovec, this lovely little house was a delight to stay in. Well appointed, comfortable, and roomy, it was a great base to explore the region from. The stunningly beautiful Soca river is right next door, and Italy is a very short drive away. Loved my time here. Looking forward to returning.

Comfortable and fully modernised house

We used the house as a base for a week's kayaking. Polovnik Hous was just as described on the web site. It has recently been fully renovated to a high standard. There is everything you need in the house to be fully independent and it is very comfortable. The village is quiet but there are bars and restaurants a short distance away. It was a great place to relax in a peaceful location. Although there is satellite TV and an internet connection if you feel the need them. I would recommend the property as a good base for anyone visiting the area.
