「All staff were friendly with a smile and helpful. Front dest lady was excellent, forget her name but it was the Friday night around 6PM when we checked in. She was patient, good at explaining everything and was very easy to deal with. Rooms were very clean and nice to have a complimentary drink and snack each evening as well (nice touch). 「The room was lovely with a beautiful view, gas fireplace and sunken, jetted tub. The staff was very courteous and the bar was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. The hotel location is perfect and right on the waterfront trail. 」
