“The booking i made thru hotel.com was not found. I paid for 2 nights. I had to pay afresh and reduced my stay to one night. Ive written hotels.com for refund. i see that i have been addressed by someone else's name. Please correct that in your system. Otherwise the hotel was generally ok. But i was charged way way above the hotel rates as well. Please resolve this. Booking ref is 72072309167578. The card is in my name. And so also is the booking. Please look into this unique case”
