The staff were excellent and the property was well maintained and clean. The facility overall could use a good update to its rooms and public areas but the current conditions are quite comfortable and I would stay there again.

In-transit from Birmingham to Indianapolis, thus a one-night stop-over. Had a small dog, got a first-floor room which was much appreciated for ease in walking the dog, ate nearby at a restaurant, and got out the next morning with no hassle. Very convenient to I-65. There was a little compressor cycling noise from the in-room refrigerator, else everything was in good working order.

Only positive was that there was availability. The location was a traffic nightmare. The bathroom was in very poor condition and in a need of an update. The carpet might have just been old and worn but it looked dirty. The staff was great.

Staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. They were all very pleasant. The only thing lacking was cleanliness of the bathroom, the only ice maker on our floor was out of order, and the pool was closed (in summer!).

The staff was very nice and helpful. However, we needed their assistance almost every time we tried to enter our room as something was wrong with lock which they said was brand new. We were there 3 nights but the lock was never changed nor worked on. Also, guests are now charged $5.43 per night to park in their lot! Most everything about Hampton Inns has slipped over the years so in the future we’ll be looking elsewhere.
