「The house has real potential, but also has real problems. It needs some maintenance in a major way. The toilet won’t flush. The faucet in the bathtub fell off. The grill had not been cleaned in so long that it broke out into a fire. When communicated these problems with the host, the response was I’m sorry for the inconvenience. We will have our handyman fix it after you leave. Frankly, I wanted it fixed while we were there. They also did not provide the necessary materials for cleaning dishes....

「Worst experience. at 2:30pm (with a 3pm check-in time) i received a text message (not a call) to say the property will not be available due to the property not be reachable due to road conditions. ok. this can indeed happen but here is where I don't believe a word of what they told me. They waited until 30min before our arrival and offered another weekend.... we were already on the road. we should have been given ample time. They said it was due to the weather... there was a tiny bit of ice and...

「Tony always answered my texts immediately and was very easy to work with. The place was just as expected; it was comfortable and all amenities were available. Towels were laid out on the beds and the comforters were cute and cozy. The place is well worn; some appliances, mostly gas stove and microwave and towel hooks were very worn out but still useable. We loved all of the amenities, space and privacy in this cabin. We would stay here again. 」

「Perfect stay I just wish we could have stayed longer. The house was clean and welcoming. Settling in was easy the house is so cozy, perfect for four adults and four kids. The table sat us all for meals. The hot tub was a delight! We will come back :) 」
