“Clean and updated, only negative was NO vending machines.”

“It was advertised having hair dryer and continental breakfast. Neither was there. I asked about this, they stopped a while ago was the response. There was a place for a hair dryer, but no dryer in the spot. No garbage can in the room. The staff found me a hair dryer and gave me trash can liners. Staff was friendly. Place is just rundown and in need of some serious TLC.”

The carpets were stained and filthy, the elevator floor was laminate wood that separated, exposing a large gap at the doorway, where someone had tried to fill the gap with calkiing. The spa was closed for repairs, which didn't really matter to me, but its more indicative of the poor condition of the facility. The room felt fresh, well-maintained, and had plenty of space to spread out comfortably. The property itself is clean, safe, and quiet — exactly what we were looking for.
