Great Getaway

The space was ample and comfortable, with well-appointed bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. The hot tub and the outdoor area was perfect for group gatherings. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the host's communication and hospitality were exceptional. Our overall experience was unforgettable for our family!

The home was wonderful, plenty of room for all of us (17 of us). The hot tub and fire pit were popular with everyone. There was plenty of activities in the area-swimming, boating, fishing, etc. We all had a wonderful time and would recommend this place.

The lot was relatively private and very quiet, with other homes a good distance away (for now--others are being built nearby). The home is also a reasonable distance from Boyne City or even Petoskey, which is helpful for stocking up. The house was also very well-stocked, including more kitchen appliances than I had anticipated. Highly recommended!

Ski Team Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Megeve Court House with 7 full bedrooms plus Bunk room accommodated our group beautifully. Everyone had their own space and privacy while there was ample gathering space in the open floor plan for our entire group.The game room downstairs and the games in the bunk room were perfect for our teenage kids! Such a smart use of space! The booking was easy thru VRBO- and when I needed a change, the manager was accommodating and very professional and easy to work with. The only downside was the distance to the ski hill- we didn't realize the house was so tucked back in the Boyne property and it took 15-20 minutes to get back to the Boyne Mtn. Lodge. We were a race team and that info would have been helpful- but we learned quickly and adjusted our schedule to account for travel time. I would recommend this House and this Property management company to anyone! This house is extremely well appointed!

I was fortunate to find a home large enough for my family for the holiday weekend and this fit perfectly. Each bedroom was immaculate and the cute bunk area was perfect for my nieces and nephews. Plus the game areas (ping pong, air hockey, foosball, basketball) were fun additions. Everything was brand new and in tip-top shape, so it was extremely comfortable. The property manager, Renee, was easy to communicate with so friendly. It is secluded yet close to town and lots of outdoor activities. I highly recommend staying here.

Having multiple living spaces makes a huge difference with this many people. I will say that some things were a little "cheap" for how nice and pricey this place is and for how big it is. For example, the coffee maker had issues, there is no ice maker in the fridge, the fridge is quite small for that many people, etc..Nothing that was a deal breaker. But a house this nice should have quality appliances. This did not impact our stay obviously and we would definitely go back, but would bring our own coolers for more cold storage for sure!

The property was very clean and just as described. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking with enough dishes for our large crowd. The layout of the house was perfect. The lower floor has two bedrooms on one side that shares a bathroom and two bedrooms on the other side that share a bathroom. On the main floor there is a master suite with an attached bathroom on one side and two bedrooms on the other side that share a bathroom. The upper floor has the 4 sets of bunkbeds and a full bathroom. Each bunk has its own light, outlet, and USB port. The space was perfect for the seven teenagers. This was a great property and we would stay here again.

Family Wedding Weekend

With 20 family members ranging from 2 to 78 there was space for everyone. We have stayed T many large properties over the years and this one was by far the best. The kids 12 and under stayed in the loft while all the couples, grandparents and teenagers had their own rooms. I particularly liked that all the beds in the rooms were queens or kings. We had fun roasting s’mores and playing cards. It was a great weekend!
