"Took about 10 or 15 minutes to get the bathroom light turned on - needed a combination of turning off 'main room switch' and waiting for a couple minutes, turning it on, then waiting for red light to flash .... should have been ready when we arrived and working. Room was 57 degrees when we arrived. After going to bed, noticed the window was not closed all the way nor locked. Needed to wrestle it to close as it wasn't squared to the frame. Dangerous considering we were on the ground floor. For all three nights I requested extra pillows - none available during our entire stay. Not happy with the room condition - staff was fine."
