Lake facing rooms balconies have an absolutely spectacular view! Wonderful hotel ..great breakfast. Would recommend a pass on the formal Ha dining room in favour of the fabulous lakefront restaurant a short 5 minute walk from Ha.

Beautiful area! Feels like a movie. Rooms were clean and if there is am amenity needed (ironing board, extra key card) the front desk has no problem assisting with a smile. Surrounding area is lovely, peaceful, and lake is walkable. As an American tourist, the only caveat is pay attention to when restaurants are open/closed/serving partial menu. Because it's more a local vacation spot, there is not much to do outside of those typical hours. Taxi's are incredibly difficult (there's only 3 in the whole area) so plan to walk or use their little shuttle.

A really good hotel

Really clean and safe hotel. A good size pool and lake view. Parking area in the Hotel. About 1,5 km to the heart of the old city. A good breakfast. Definitely Will stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at HA hotel, the staff were super friendly & helpful, the hotel was extremely clean & had excellent facilities. The pool was fantastic & having access to the paddle court was a bonus. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant. The view from the terrace & rooms was the icing on the cake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel. After a hectic and crowded cruise, we sought respite here, and it provided our family with a chance to unwind. The hotel was predominantly inhabited by locals, Italians, which added to its authentic charm. Bracciano, a delightful Italian restaurant, was just a short (and steep) walk away, about thirty minutes. The hotel’s food was satisfactory. The rooms were clean and spacious, we opted for the family room. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re seeking a peaceful and comfortable getaway, this hotel is highly recommended.

Helt okey hotell för pengarna.

Helt okey hotell för pengarna men mycket som måste förbättras. AC på rummet som inte fungerade (37grader ute) Poolen öppnar först kl 10 då badvakten börjar, sängen är allt för hård, frukosten kan förbättras avsevärt! Ligger lite avsides så för att ta sig till och från byn så rekommenderas bil då taxi inte existerar. Några hundra meter bort till restaurangen och den stora stranden. All personal är fantastisk och det är det som gör vistelsen bra!

Bokade detta hotell pga poolen men fick ingen förvarning om att poolen skulle vara stängd under hela vår vistelse (tydligen är juni inte en sommarmånad), någon egen strand fanns inte heller. Hade vi fått info om detta hade vi åkt någon annanstans! Annars bra service men location är lite off, bra om man har bil.

La posizione è ottima per godersi un weekend in tranquillità. La struttura offre lettini e ombrellone sia in piscina che in riva al lago. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Colazione buona, molta scelta per il dolce e simpaticissimo anche il barman. Stanza luminosissima, io avevo prenotato quella con affaccio al lago. Sicuramente tornerò!
