「This property should not be rentable. We booked it for a 1-week family vacation based on photos, but it smelled of stale air and mould. Despite being “professionally cleaned,” we had to sweep, clean the BBQ, and scrub the oven ourselves. The furniture was old and musty, the bedrooms had poor DIY fixes, and a kitchen drawer was falling apart. 「Was a fantastic few days at a beautiful spot. Was cozy and rustic as expected and lovely. Stayed in July and the cove had a nice wind tunnel effect and the cottage had windows on both sides which kept a nice breeze. Swimming was great with a soft sandy entry (some leaves but not weedy). Had very quick and detailed responses when any questions came up for the hosts. We had a great time and would come back again without hesitation. 」
