L’arrivée!!! Une enveloppe avec mon nom collé sur la porte de la réception…la chambre qui nous était réservé n’avait pas été préparée (les serviettes sales et les draps étaient en tas). Heureusement après avoir téléphoné il nous on attribué une autre chambre. C’est dommage…belle hôtel mais manque d’organisation pour l’accueil.

The staff were very nice, and it was a very nice and quiet place to stay at… Close to cabin – and not too far from thunder, coves, or to go south to Charlottetown. The only thing is inside was very outdated, it can definitely use a refresher. I think the laminate floors were the only thing that were redone in the place. It was nice to have great tasting coffee, and muffins in the front office area, and it was wonderful to have a stove, regular size refrigerator to cook with.

the room was very spacious. There was an eagle perch right out our back window. It was astonishing to watch the fledgling learn to fly from that perch, 100 feet out of our window. Easy to find. Priced exactly as it should have been. Excellent.

Good location. Great parking in front of your room. Bathrooms were a bit dated but overall a decent hotel (not sure if it’s worth the price though) Breakfast in the morning consisted of coffee/tea and muffins which was ok but families with young kids swarm the coffee table touching everything making it less than desirable to grab something (kids drinking all the creamers and tiny containers of milk, then touching all the muffins and stacking multiples of them on their napkin using their hands - all while the parents and staff watch and say nothing)

We had a great nights stay. We went up the road to grab corn and were able to throw them on the bbq provided. The room was very clean (no smell). Staff was so nice and we were surprised it even included coffee/muffins in the morning. Will be back!!

The property was okay. It was clean and we had everything we needed. When we first checked in I did inquire about moving rooms as our ground floor room had a common-use deck space and eating area under the only window. I was told it wasn’t possible. So if the curtains were opened at all, other guests would be looking in our room. I was told no one used the deck. This did turn out to be true however it felt odd to have to keep the black out curtains closed at all times in case someone did decide to use the deck area.

Room was spotless, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and anmenable. Only real complaint is the pool was cold. Thermometer said 22 degrees. Pools should be 25-28. But it was clean and nice. The hot tub was out of service during the time we were there.

FRENCH VERSION TO FOLLOW. The hotel was okay, but there were several disappointing aspects. The bed was very uncomfortable, sinking in the middle, which made it difficult to sleep. Although the room was cleaned, the beds were not made and no fresh supplies (washcloths, soap, shampoo) were added or provided for the second night, which was not sufficient. The indoor pool was 72 degrees, so freezing cold, with no towels provided at the pool and no chairs to sit on. $500 for two nights is far too expensive for what it was. It's a good spot if your comfortable with being fully accosted by staff who thinks that recording an encounter asking people to quiet down for the first time is ok. To be approached in the dark with zero warning while being filmed and the staff member making no indication that he was an employee of the accommodations. Never. Again. Thankfully our children were asleep because that was beyond unacceptable.

The flush did not work properly.. had to use the gaebage can to poor water down to make is flush. Even after i complained. Had some lotion taken from my room .. an my room was entered by staff even though we did not request for the room to be cleaned. .

The property is really well located, it is walking distance to Brackley Beach, The Dunes art gallery and gift shop and good seafood restaurants. The Northwind Inn and Suites offers great services to its clients !!! We were there a few times and will definitely go back.

The hotel is very clean. And it has big yard that kids can run and play. A osprey couple nests in the backyard peacefully which is an extra benefit for living here. Our family is a big fan of bird watching
