"The house was a lovely place for family to gather for a week. Centrally located, the exploration of the island was easily planned. The bedrooms were comfortable and the living space downstairs great for the 5 of us. There were a couple of easy accesses to walking trails and beaches. Communication was excellent. "

"Bill was very responsive to questions and needs. The layout and TV area were great for our needs. Property was in great location for our daily adventures—being on the north shore which is less developed but close to Charlottetown. Thanks Bill — we had a great week! "

"The cottage was nice and clean. It was in the perfect location for our day trips, and very close to North Rustico. I gave 2 star for listing accuracy, as we thought was on a beach spot and could kayak right from the cottage. This was not the case. There is no direct access to the bay, a staircase to the waterfront is quite ways away. This was a big seeking point to booking this cottage and was a disappointment. Could use some extras, such as grab bar for shower, or games/puzzles. Washer and dryer was in a communal building, which was such a dirty mess. I would not book again."

"We are very happy with our experience at this vacation home. The cabin is cozy with some modern upgrades, such as new windows, heat pump and a nice little bathroom. It is genuinely minutes away from all the sites and beaches (and restaurants!) in the area. We were thrilled with the ability to bring our two small dogs with us. The owners are clearly hard working, attentive and aiming to make continued improvements. We absolutely recommend this location and will revisit when we next come to the area! "
