Wonderful property, steps to the beach

I stayed here for Spring Break with my family. There were 7 of us total and there was adequate space and plenty of clean towels! The property was lovely, well appointed with silverware/dishes etc. The owners were very responsive to any issues that came up and were very accomodating when our flight plans were changed at the last minute. We loved the proximity to pool and beach. Plenty of beach equipment too. Would recommend highly!

Destination Wedding

Came down for a friend of the family’s wedding. This location was perfect for us. Everything we wanted was in walking distance. House was big enough for the 6 of us. Only down side is, there are a lot of stairs. But there is an elevator. We would definitely come back.

We are 60

We have been friends for 45 years. We are 60 now and we planned a girls trip. One of us has been to Anna Maria island many times and so we booked the rental for 5 days. Close to the beach and some shops and restaurants. Good location, comfortable and clean. Good amount of towels and beach towels. There were no parking passes that we could locate inside the house. We wished there would have been more blankets, TP, Kleenex and trash bags. Overall it was very nice!

Beach / Pool access; very nice condo

This property was in a very nice part of town, however still recovering from the hurricane. We had great access to the pool, which we requested to be heated, but the hot tub sadly never was fixed... the beach side pool, albeit small, was nice and warm, and the beach was beautiful too. Owners were responsive when needed. Rooms were clean and nice and big, lots of closet space. Kitchen was in good shape, but there wasn't any of the 'essentials', (i.e., olive oil, spices, etc...) which are a pain to buy in small quantities. Overall was a very nice experience.
