“We enjoyed the Condo, it was a nice and quiet area. We loved sitting in the screened in porch listening to the fountain. We did notice a few things that may need to be fixed. The master bathroom toilet keeps running. The chandelier in the dining room is coming out of the ceiling and the ice maker didn’t work.”

“It was a perfect place for a fun-filled family getaway. The space was large enough and accommodating for five adults. The condo was well-supplied for cooking. We will definitely be going back in the future. The pool area was nice for a relaxing afternoon.”

“Great place 10 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from downtown Sarasota. The community is beautiful with pools, hot tubs, tennis and lots of games for kids to play.”

“This was our 2nd stay. As always, the host was very nice to deal with and was always prompt in answering.any questions we had. Staff was friendly. Property was clean and landscaping was.well maintained. Disappointed.that swimming pool needed to be cleaned a little better from the debris and that the hottub was out of order for almost the entire.week. Overall it was a great escape from reality!”

“We had everything we needed. The kitchen is very well equipped, and appliances seem new. My husband and I stayed in the guest bedroom, which has 2 double beds in it. The room is too small for 2 double beds because we couldn’t really use the closet. We would have liked a bedside table and lamp, too. I would recommend replacing the two beds with one queen bed or bunk beds. The hall bathroom was fine. It was nice to have other accessories, such as a washer and dryer, beach towels, pool noodles,……

“The house was very clean, very cute, and exactly as described. It was in a great location, not far from longboat key, Anna, Maria Island, and Bradenton. Beware, there is a ceramic blue parrot hanging in one of the trees around the pool, this caught me off guards several times and always made me laugh. I would totally stay here again.”
