“Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. The onboard toilet was inoperable and ‘maintenance’ never arrived to remedy the situation. Spent the first night with the smell of human waste in the air.

“Cozy, nice, & just as described. Great communication. Will definitely be back on future trips! The outside courtyard area was great with wonderful amenities. Would be perfect for families with littles. Grocery, beach, & restaurants were all within close driving distances. Highly recommend! If you are someone that doesn’t like to share your pool area with others, take lots of friends with you or go to another spot. I will admit, I missed that part. It was fine but I it may not be for everyone. ”
