The house is very clean inside. The kids’ favorite spots were the game room as well as the pool area. House has everything and anything guests might need. Communication was easy. No issues at all. Recommend!!

Family Getaway

This is our second time here! We had eight adults and one child, two years old. We gave my son, daughter-in-law and their toddler (2) son the master bedroom at the back of the house. We rented a crib and as weird as it sounds, we put the crib in closet with the door open. The closet is two feet from the bed so my grandson could feel close to his parents in a strange location. I brought paint-safe removable wall stickers to liven up the closet a little.🙃 The only downside to that was we couldn’t use the bathroom in that room when the baby was sleeping. I believe the listing says the home sleeps 10-12. Note that there are three beds, a pullout sofa and two air mattresses. The linen closet is well stocked with towels, pool towels and sheets/pillow cases/comforters. The laundry room is in the house. It is wonderful and is offered at no additional cost. The pool is terrific and has several noodles and kid toys most likely left by previous renters. Being less than ten minutes away from the beautiful public beach, we thought we would go to the beach more than we did. There was no need to go through all of that when you have the pool right there! The game room right off the pool area was a huge hit! Huge fridge, retro video game table, air hockey and pool. If I had to wish for anything, it would be an additional bathroom and a grab bar in the smaller bathroom tub. All those people and two bathrooms was a little challenging but nothing to deter us from coming back next year!

I’ve stayed at many places before in this area, this was far quite the most enjoyable stay I’ve had in this area. The accommodations were fantastic, so many things to do for the family. Also it was only 5 min drive to the beach. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again. Drew

This property was amazing for my family! Very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and game house was a nice treat. We ended up staying in the pool most of the trip. I was excited to see how close the house was to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Very Accommodating

We had a last minute issue with our booking on another app and had to scramble to find new accommodations. We reached out to John even though the property wasn’t showing as available that night. Winter Getaway!!

This Florida home was perfect for our two week getaway. The hosts were available and helpful. The home is as described. The neighborhood was quiet, but conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores ( only a short drive). The beds were comfortable, and the hosts provided more than enough blankets, pillows, and towels. The home is well-organized so items (such as a dozen beach towels) were easy to locate. The heated pool was lovely and enjoyed by the kids even when the outside temperature was below 60 degrees! I would recommend this home and these hosts.

Perfect Family Get-A-Way!

This was the PERFECT house for my family's much-needed vacation. The house is beautifully updated and clean with plenty of space for a large family to lounge and have dinner together. Since we were traveling with a 4-year-old and 10-month-old twins, the private pool was perfect for us. This allowed up to put the kids down for naps, while the adults were able to lay by the pool and feel like we were on vacation for an hour or two. This also allowed the kids to have plenty of water time with no worries of sunburn with the added shade. We ended up only going to the beach one day out of our stay and spent the rest of our days by the pool. The owners were extremely accommodating, and even helped in providing a second pack and play for our twins to sleep in. My husband and I have already been looking at the calendar trying to find a time we can visit again. Maybe this time without kids.
