“Toilet was already chocked before we checked in and there was no plumber to fix the problem, staff did not provide different room. Worst experience in last 20 years of staying in hotels. Even roadside motels are better maintained. I would not recommend to anyone”

“Nicely updated, great bathroom, cute artwork of local attractions, pleasant front desk staff, good breakfast. Only negative was the bathroom not being very clean—hair in shower and some pink mildew in corners.”

“The lobby gave a decent first impression, but it was very misleading to the rest of the property. We had to ask to be moved rooms after getting to our first assigned room and discovering hair still on the bathroom floor, what appeared to be dried soda splattered all over a good portion of the wall near the sofa, and dried rice grains stuck to the wall near the desk! The next room was at least better than that, but still not the most clean. Took the kids to the pool where the door leading to……

“When we arrived the cabin was not what was pictured on line. The key box was open with no key. We drove around and found what was pictured but no key. We called the phone number and the operator said maintenance would be there in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later no maintenance. We had driven more than 5 hours with two small children called back the operator said the last person using the cabin took the key, the only place available would sleep 4 2 double beds. We had reserved a 2 bedroom……
