Reviewer Comments: We live local but our granddaughter got married within 2 miles of this beautiful home so we thought it would nice to be closer to the venue. We rented both the main house and the cottage. The house had everything you would need for a huge family. We didn’t get to spend much time at the homes but what time we were there, we loved it. The views are stunning! The beds were so comfortable. We all slept like babies.

They were prompt at answering our phone call and addressing our concerns. The rental was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. It is about 20 minutes from Paso Robles so we planned our day trips and had no problems with driving. There is a nice view from the deck out over the lake. Great place for a large group.

Plenty of space for our group to spread out, and all come together and eat or play games. The driveway was a little difficult to find. Will book again for future girls' weekends!

Great Famiky Get Away

It wad a really great getaway with Family and Friends. Main house has a great layout and is well appointed. The cottage is a 3 bedroom home with all amenities. Would definitely rent again.

Very nice

A very nice house in a beautiful and quiet location. Only issue was the TV and promised Netflix connection but we weren’t there to watch TV anyway. Would come back again.

The most amazing escape

They house is gorgeous, tons of room, so many amenities including an airfryer, crockpot, instant pot, bbq and more! But the biggest perk is the porch and view. We hardly spent any time inside. Thank your for the wonderful visit!

Fun times

My extended family and I spent a few days and we enjoyed ourselves. It was very convenient to have the place stocked with little things we forgot to bring ourselves. Didn’t have to do a quick run down to the store for small items. Kids had fun and played with the games in the house. Adults were able to connect and talk to one another without it feeling crowded. Overall, it was great and having good AC was perfect in the heat. We saw shooting stars late in the middle of the night. Great place to get away to!

Family Days

I filled out a review from Paso Robles that has a full explanation. Everything was great except for a broken toilet which was between 2 bedrooms housing 4 parents and 5 children. These families had to use the 2 baths in the 2 master bedrooms.The door of the broken bathroom had to be closed as the odor was horrible.The shower and sink could not be used.

The property was listed under Paso Robles when the actual location was Bradley. House was in good condition but we were not allowed access to the garage nor setting the A/C below 72 degrees when the temperature was 110 outside. Took quite a while at night for the house to cool down enough for a comfortable sleep. Host, however, was helpful and responsive.

A wonderful family Christmas

Our youngest daughter was first to arrive at the J's Nest and she has high standards, so when she texted the rest of us as we were on our way and said, "This place is AWESOME," I knew we had made the right choice. The main house and the "cottage" (a 3-BR, 2 BA, fully-equipped house!) were spacious, clean, and furnished to the hilt. The main house even had a room with toys for the little ones to play with. There was, I think, a TV in the living room and in every bedroom, enough kitchen utensils to prepare a feast for an army, a spacious patio our grandchildren enjoyed playing on, an outdoor BBQ, a "fire table" (as my kids called it) that kept us warm in the evenings, and basically, everything we could have needed. Thank you for going above and beyond our expectations! It was wonderful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd time visiting the J’s Nest because of how much we love it! Booking with PRVR is a breeze and their staff is always more than accommodating. However, because we love it so much, there are things we would like to bring to attention- 1) when we arrived, granted, it was 2:45 so 15 min before check in, there were occupants in the house (we think the owners?). We had to wait for them to clean, prep, and exit in a hurry. This meant perhaps things were not cleaned to what they normally are when we arrive. The floors were clearly in need of a vacuum and mop, there were also little gnats throughout the home along with a few other various bugs we encountered while sitting at the table and couch. None of these were a terrible inconvenience (although the bugs were very annoying) but, as I said, we adore this property and because we know and have experienced the potential it has, we needed to make management aware asap.

Fabulous after the VRBO was cleaned up!

Upon arrival we were delighted at the property from a distance! As we entered the front door we were greeted with a messy porch, unraveled hose, broken solar lights and many, many cobwebs on the front porch. This encouraged us to really check other areas of the property. Rather than going on and on about the rental- I would rather be fair in saying that Paso Robles Vacation Property took care of sending up a maintenance man to fix all the issues. He worked along side my husband fixing all the issues for our first full day. The management company was fabulous and the rest of our week was delightful. The view is spectacular, the kitchen was fully equipped as I love to cook for a big family. Plenty of room for a large party and ample seating outdoors as well. The lake was a short drive away and we had plenty of room to park our boat and 4 other cars with ease. The house is definitely 100% cleaner than we found it and ready for the next vacationer. I would recommend this rental. Follow Waze to get to the property with ease and try not to travel at night- its tricky to find on the first day.

The only two negatives was that there appeared to be a surround sound/speaker system that there were no instructions for. If there is a house sound system, it would be nice to be able to plug into it. And there should be a set of separate towels to use for the hot tub vs having to use the bath towels and now you have no towels to use for when you shower unless you wash them. I don't go on vacation to do laundry. Oh and there was no regular spatula. Only the big metal kind for the grill. No plastic spatula for just making eggs or grilled cheeses. But other than those couple things, it was great. Super comfy beds in the primary bedrooms. Oh and get a bigger sign off the road and maybe add some lighting. Coming up in the dark, you can't see anything.

All rooms were very clean and the bedding was first rate. We cooked all meals in the main house kitchen that included every pot, pan, appliance, and condiment we could have asked for! We even used the BBQ for a huge dinner celebration. The views from the impressive patio were amazing! Everyone wants to go back again in the future.

Beautiful Hillside Retreat

We loved waking up to deer on the hillside, birds in the trees, and rabbits hopping around the property. The house had plenty of games and books, wifi, and TVs in just about every room. The outside deck has beautiful views down to Lake San Antonio where deer, cattle, and boar come to the lake to drink. Our stay was perfect aside from a groundwater issue with the well that permeated the house with a strong sulfur smell (really need to address that somehow). Other than that, it was great; close enough to highway 1 to visit Hearst Castle and the tide pools. Far enough away from town to allow for a wind-down from city life. Overall, we loved it!

Family Getaway

J's Nest was a great place to gather with our family for 5 days! It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook most of our meals, plenty of towels, and activties and games to keep everyone entertained. Due to the location, we didn't venture out much, but it was ideal to view the meteor shower! There was an issue with the air conditioning leaking, but the maintenance guys were prompt and did what they could. This is a perfect place for a stay-cation!
