“Great experience- would stay here again ”

“Love this place. Kids love it too. It's big and grand. Close to Walmart and target and all kinds of fast food. Also bass pro. You also get two complimentary drinks per adult every evening if your stay. Can't say enough good things.”

“The hotel was excellent hot tub pool were great the parkingbis terrible. Its old and it is not made for tall vehicles. It has no signs telling you which way. Talked to a few people there who agreed.”

“Room was too hot at arrival- had to call Maintenance. Temp fluctuated. Restaurant was convenient, good food but slow service. Prepaid for breakfast- could have been good but no entrees available- staff said someone had called in sick and they “were doing the best they can.” Still beat typical continental type breakfast of most hotels. Clean room, comfortable. Good location. Not sure if I would stay here again.”

“It had roaches, bedding was dirty, room had a smell.”

“Not impressive. Loud, long-term guests late into the night - sketchy, hanging out in one room with the door open. Poor housekeeping- old towel hanging within the shower curtain, built up dirt in the corner of the room. ”

“I picked this place because of decent reviews... Not sure if I got unlucky with my room, but it was bad. I walked in and saw that it wasn't the room I booked (no king bed), and that it was unkept and generally not very clean. I booked another room at a different hotel and never looked back. Didn't stay here, and wasn't offered a refund (in fairness it was a non-refundable booking, but under the circumstances I think a refund would have been fair). ”

“Everything was great with the exception of the lady at the front desk who checked us in. She was absolutely the rudest person ever and should not be working with people. I've never complained about an employee of a hotel before. Everything else was great but wouldn't stay again unless she is gone. No reason to be rude to guests ”

“Under remodeling, only expensive Bistro with limited hours so no complimentary coffee.”

“Room was adequate for the money. Property looks better on the outside than in. Breakfast was average. ”

“We checked in and found our room door was open and a fan in the room drying the carpet which was still wet. Went back to desk they removed the fan.the room was suppose to have a refrigerator but was not there.i went back to front desk she came to room to check then had one brought to us.the room had no chair to sit in at all. They hadto bring a chair for us.noticed room cold found a window open .there was only one partial roll toilet paper no extra one.again had to ask for another roll there was……

“non smoking room smells like cigarettes. towels had yellow stains. did not feel very safe ”

“Breakfast was terrible limited choices. Out of coffee Had to ask turn things back on even though breakfast wasn’t over yet. And all in construction and the halls and rooms are in poor shape ”
