“Food options limited Timing of use of facilities limited ”

“Pros: 1. Clean room and bath. 2. Clean bed/spread 3. Working TV. Cons: 1. No restaurant attached. 2. Too small a room, but has a balcony!, no place to keep items, no chairs! 3. Reception computer had a glitch, 1/2 hour to check in. Verdict: the small room is not worth the price.”

“Great location and views, but some compromises. The resort is peaceful and serene with direct balcony views of hills and lake. It’s quite remote with nothing much nearby, and reaching the property takes longer than expected due to extremely bad roads (a 2 min drive takes about 7-8 mins). Rooms (Belvedere) are spacious with big balconies but overall condition is just okay—lots of patchwork, and TVs didn’t work. Staff and service are good. Food tastes great but caused stomach issues for everyone……

“Staff”

“The resort is located on the outskirts of Nashik. Booking cabs takes longer than usual. Opt for Ola. The front of the resort is kept pretty and the resort pics are from this end. The rest of the resort needs generous landscaping. It is dry and greenery is patchy. The rooms though good arent great. Exposed wires from TV and STB look ugly. Bathroom needs urgent works. From leaking faucets to low pressure in pipes and occassionally no water at all. Present tiling inside bathroom is stained and……

“ We were two elderly couples . The property personnel was not ready for us and they had not kept the room ready, even though we had a confirmed booking and we had paid 100% advance. We had reached the property much after the check in time. The dining area is not clean and there stray dogs and crows continuosly pestering us during lunch the first day of our stay . We preferred to eat in our rooms for the rest of our stray. Dogs were a menance at night as they would bark and move around……

“I didn't like it because services were not upto the mark”

“1.no electricity 2.no service what so ever , we called their restaurants at least 4 times but they did not care to pickup call 3. we had order a sandwich and after 1 hpur waiter comes and inform us it cannot be made. 4. they roof of the room was dripping in rain 5. the bathtub was broken and leaking 6. bathtub was not even cleaned the water was yellow as urine”
