「The hotel did not switch on generator for about 3 to 4 hours at night when regular electric supply was disrupted. On complaining ,the staff said that as customers did not request for generator supply, they did not switch it on. Their position was that now since you asked for it, we shall switch the generator on whereas it should have been a matter of routine in the event of power disruption. Secondly, regardless of discomfort & disturbance to guests, continous hammering was resorted to at night...

「I had the pleasure of spending one month at The Void Hotel, and I cannot recommend this place enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for. 「Lovely budget hotel, tucked away in a quiet valley just outside the town. Clean enough, spacious, the staff were friendly and attentive all week. The breakfast and food were excellent. A little shop next door had decent supplies The price was reflected in bedding/towels that were absolutely fine but could do with a refresh. No midstay room clean so you sort yourself out.
