「I travel a lot, and this was the dumpiest hotel I’ve stayed in by far. The common areas were shabby. Our bathroom door didn’t close and the shower didn’t work. It’s hard to rate the cleanliness because of how decrepit the walls and floor were. The breakfast consisted of waffles, muffins, yogurt, bananas and juice. Usually there was no one at the front desk. I will never use this hotel again.」

「The room smelled funny, the air conditioner was not keeping the humidity out, but making it cold and damp. The shower head was zip tied on and the shower curtain didn’t reach down far enough in the accessible room so the floor was soaking wet when you were done. The pool and hot tub were full of sand and the hot tubs jets didn’t work right. I wouldn’t stay here again.」

Currently, guests are required to pay separately for each activity, breakfast, and dinner, which I am willing to accept. 「The room was very clean and comfortable. We walked to many different restaurants and stores. I loved that we had a set parking spot, so we never had to worry about parking. We had no problems with our access pin. Loved all the information that was available in our room, so we knew places to eat, shop, and things to do. Loved the air conditioning unit, which kept our room cool on some hot days. Total recommend Crosby Lofts.」

「I found this Cozy hidden hotel in Staples. Stayed 1 night. The reception was amazing and provided a lot of detail information about the area. My room was clean and equipped with towels & bodywash. The bed slept so good. If you are looking for a room in the area, I recommend EconoLux you want be disappointed. I plan to return in the fall. 」
