「The manager called to confirm our room number and door code- assured us she'd test the code to make sure it would work for us and glad she did. Rain was coming down when we arrived and we got in quickly! Room was very clean/updated, all guests were polite and staff is very friendly as well. Would recommend」

「The cabin worked perfectly for us. Clean, organized, good location close to local attractions. Space to dock the boat and big yard for dogs to play in. Nice campfire set up too. Easy communication and no problems checking in or out. Would stay at again!」

「This property satisfied all our needs. We had five adults and four kids. The amount of space was even more than we needed. It was so nice to have linens, paper towels, and detergents available for use. We plan to use this property again in the future for visiting family in the area. Ryan was extremely responsive and provided all necessary information for a wonderful stay! Thank you!」

「5 stars! The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Everything was well stocked, and the host went above and beyond by leaving snacks, drinks, and coffee. There was plenty of space, and the location was perfect for getting anywhere around Little Falls. Would definitely stay again!」

「Fantastic house! It exceeded our expectations and the pictures don’t do it justice. We came to MN for a family reunion and this house was close and has a lot of really nice amenities. 「This townhome was great for our two day fishing excursion. Clean and well maintained with everything you need to spend some quality time relaxing in home like setting in and around play time on the nearby lakes. 「Excellent property for large group. Plenty of room for all. Paddle board and kayak available, well-kept beach, pet friendly. Have fire pit, outdoor pizza oven, grill. Large back yard for yard games. Dock in place for tethering. Would book here again! Also, had pool table, darts, and ping pong table that got a lot of use. Great communication with Erin also! 」
