Fantastic cottage, such a quiet tranquil long weekend. Will be going back, felt so much better.Our 6 year old loved the garden out front, played football every day. And Julie was very helpful and friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay, we spent Christmas week here and was our first time we’ve been on holiday over the festive period. From first walking down the path to the cottage to opening the door we felt like it was home. So warm and welcoming, the decor and attention to detail was beyond our expectations. Everything is of high quality and just superb. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need. The cottage is spotlessly clean, with fresh crisp bedding and towels. The bed is the comfiest I’ve slept in. The dark skies at night gave a wonderful show of stars, the pictures we took were amazing! Log fires we had every night, with the logs supplied was just the icing on the cake. Julie the owner came to visit us just after we arrived, Julie is so welcoming and friendly. It was a pleasure from start to end. Beautiful woodland walks with our dog. The only bad part was when we had to leave, could have stayed forever.

The cottage is lovely, the location is very relaxing.

The cottage is lovely, the location is very relaxing.Only 1 thing I would be mindful of, the stairs are very steep and narrow. This does not matter most of the time as there is a downstairs bathroom. Welcome pack was amazing. Would recommend to others.
