"We stayed in a lot of hotels on this trip, and this hotel was the best. Rooms were VERY spacious, very clean, nicely laid out with a new construction feel, everything worked. Free breakfast was very good too, except they needed more sitting room."

"This is a smaller older motel style hotel, just the kind of place we were looking for for a fall trip in the Fingerlakes. We only booked one night but the little suite we had would have been a great home base for a long weekend or week of exploring the area. It had a lake cottage feel. Vintage, retro thrift store appointed but all in the best sense. Everything worked as it should and they made the effort to anticipate just about every need. We really enjoyed it. The lady that greeted us and showed us around was very helpful and friendly. Can’t recommend it enough."

The Hotel Laurel at Seneca

"My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend vacation getaway. We love this place! It's not the fanciest place on Seneca Lake, but for the price, the upper level balcony view of the lake is so worth staying! We spend hours just sitting and looking out (awesome morning sunrises.) The room is pretty basic but provides what you need. We chose the room with the king bed, very comfortable and plenty of pillows. The shower took a while to get hot, but then it was more than enough. Staff was pleasant and helpful and no breakfast is provided (Restaurant on premises.) Parking is right in front of unit so easy loading and unloading vehicle. Not the first time we stayed here and will not be the last."
