The condo itself is fine. 4 pm check in and 10 am checkout is a pain and really detracts from the overall value to me. Also the maids just walked in on checkout day while we were having breakfast at 9 am. Then back in every 15 minutes until we left. It was kind of crazy and very off putting

A Few Issues

After arriving an hour later my grandkids feet were black from the carpet . No dish towels or rags used extra bath towels. HVAC ran non stop never fluctuated at all between room temperature and set temperature although not uncomfortable ,but was definitely not 68 degrees my wife would have froze at home at 68. I seen the hvac company replacing unit below us one day and the next day installing a window unit ac ???Ants showed up on day 2 brought some home. It was freshly painted looked nice as did pool and complex. Not a terrible experience but a few little things addressed would have made it a great one.
