This stunning residence features 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests. Perfect for families, groups of friends and pet owners. Two level condo:
** Please note: there is one flight of stairs to enter, and one flight to access the second floor of the condo.
* First level includes a primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower, 2 king size bedrooms, a queen bunk bed bedroom (twin over queen), and a shared bathroom.
* Second level includes 1 king size bedroom, full bathroom, and game room.
* Game room offers a full size 4-player arcade (includes 10,000 games from 20+ systems and classic arcades), full size professional foosball table, Hook & Ring game, Hookey Ring Toss Game and many table games for varying ages. Also features a gaming table with four chairs, sleeper sofa, and 60” Roku TV.
* Babies: 3x Pack & Play baby cribs, high chair, baby gates on both sides of the stairs, power outlet covers, and several games for toddlers.
* Pets: Our HOA allows only 2 pets less than 25 lb each or one less than 40 lbs. If you are traveling with more pets, please reach out and we will discuss an arrangement. You will find a medium size dog crate, food/ drink bowls, waste bags, pet towels and some treats for your dogs. The pet fee is $80 for all pets for the entire stay is added to your reservation as you add pets.
* Fully stocked kitchen. You’ll also find a variety of seasonings, condiments and keurig coffee pods available for use.
* Covered balcony features an electric grill and dining table with six available chairs.
* Roku TVs in each bedroom, living room and game room.
* Black out curtains and white noise machines in each bedroom.
* High speed internet with WiFi 6 suitable for gaming, streaming, or video calls.
* Free 2 car parking. No reserved parking. During the busy season, you may park on overflow parking next to the pool. RVs or any type of trailers are not allowed on the parking lot. Please use Boat and RV Storage - 1 mile north on State HW 265. Please call them to accommodate your parking at (417) 527-7211
* Swimming pool, pavilion with tables and charcoal grill in the shared area. We provide beach towels during the season.
